Who Are We?
VALEnglish has brought together a team of experienced and dedicated teachers whose bilingual and bicultural perspectives are unique among language teaching programs in Spain. Our dynamic instructional staff includes native speakers of both British and American English.
The VALEnglish methodology quickly builds confidence by removing barriers to real communication. Classes are structured around relevant topics, heavy student participation, and targeted correction. Collaborative engagement of all participants—including the instructor—inspires students to work to their potential. No one is embarrassed, no one is afraid, no one is left behind.
Founder / Head Teacher
Caleb Morgan
Born in the United States to a Spanish mother and an American father, Caleb has taught English in Spain for nine years. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University who has always appreciated the critical role of language in building relationships. As a child, bilingualism was necessary for communication with family on both sides of the ocean. As an adult, multiculturalism is the bedrock of his professional life.

Santi Altamira
In the spirit of enabling students to attain their personal goals of learning English, Santi believes in creating a firm but fair environment where he will challenge students but also reassure them that making mistakes is central to a language learner’s life. He was born in Plymouth, UK to an English mother and a Spanish father and started learning Spanish from a young age. Being bilingual has helped him expand his horizons, enhanced his cognitive abilities and increased his cultural awareness.

Luke Roberts
Born in London and raised in Cornwall, Luke began his English teaching journey in Mexico. His passion for language and culture led him to teach in Switzerland, the UK and eventually Spain, where he has worked for the past eleven years, including a stint on the famous Vaughan Radio. As a non-native Spanish speaker, Luke believes in fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment, balancing the challenges of language acquisition with the encouragement learners need to embrace mistakes as a natural part of growth.
